You can choose to pick up your merchandise at our warehouse, have the it shipped to your business, pick it up from a local freight terminal or arrange for a residential curbside delivery. Some items are not available for shipping, if we are unable to ship them it will be noted in the listing.
All pallet shipments will be delivered by a common carrier and require someone to be present at time of delivery. We use several different carriers to get the best rates possible. You will be informed of the carrier, the local terminal address and contact information, and the expected transit time at the time that you place your order. We will do our best to ship your flooring within 1 business day. Transit times are generally 1-5 days, depending on the distance.
The best way to get a rate is to email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will email back promptly with a shipping quote. Be sure to include the zip code, the approximate amount of flooring that you are interested in, and what type of delivery you would like (residential, business, or pick up at a local freight terminal) Most of our carriers charge a $40-$60 fee for a residential delivery.
Please count all items and inspect your merchanside when you receive it. If items are missing or damaged, it must be noted on the delivery receipt. If there are any freight damages, please note it on the delivery reciept , or in the case that most of the order is damaged please refuse the shipment. We will then issue you a full refund or if possible ship replacement products. Mid Atlantic Liquidators will then process the freight claim for you. There is no additional paperwork for you to fill out.
If your merchandise is damaged or defective, we will accept returns and issue a full refund including any shipping amounts.
We cannot accept returns for damaged freight unless it has been properly noted on the delivery ticket.
Please note that we do sell some "cabin grade" flooring which will have milling and/or finish defects. We offer this cabin grade flooring at a significant discount, and advise our customers to allow for extra waste. Cabin Grade flooring is not returnable, unless it is not able to be installed or is unusable due to milling issues.
For products which are not damaged or defective, we accept returns within 45 days of receipt as long as it is in its original packaging and in saleable condition. Returns must first have authorization from Mid Atlantic Liquidators and will be shipped at the customers expense back to our warehouse.
We strongly encourage our customers to order samples prior to placing an order. Because lighting and differences in monitors can affect the color of the flooring its best to get an actual sample to be sure of the finish.
